Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) occurs when a person gets caught in a cycle of obsessions and compulsions so extreme that it can cause serious impacts on his/her life. This workshop provides deeper understanding of OCD, challenges misconceptions surrounding the condition and provides resources to different ways of managing the condition.
